Network Appliances. CQ Simple uses Ubiquiti Unifi products. Ubiquiti builds quality equipment for the small to medium business market as well as enterprise solutions.
Their Unifi management software aids CQ in managing issues before they become critical to your organization.

On Site Support. If CQ Simple Support requires on-site support, they will contact Wyatt Communications and manage our response.

- Phone or VoIP provider's invoice. (Phone lines could be on internet provider's invoice.)
- Cyber Security protection monthly invoice.
- Answering Service Monthly Invoice.
- Security and/or Fire system monitoring.
- IT Provider's Managed Services Agreement
- Printing Managed Service Agreement or lease agreement.

Building Infrastructure
These items are not a part of our proposal. They are items that are a part of the building infrastructure. We can provide proposals and/or recommendations for vendors that can bring your infrastructure up to date.
Building infrastructure must be to our standards.
- We require all data cables to be CAT 5E or better.
- Proper termination with IDC jacks at the outlets and a patch panel at the data closet.
- Data outlets will be labeled at both ends.
- Data rack with at least one shelf.
- Dedicated 20-amp electrical outlet at the rack.
- Battery Backup for all equipment at the data rack.
